In order to begin, all we need is an empty and broom-swept garage or basement. If you don’t have the time or desire to clear out the area, we can do all the heavy lifting for you (more on this below).
We start by priming and shot blasting the floor to expose its original surface. This is essential—without a proper base, your coating won’t bond properly.
We address any cracks or imperfections to ensure a smooth, solid foundation. We’ll fill any cracks with sand and a fast-cure urethane to maximize the bonding strength of the product and ensure a smooth, flawless finish.
If there’s too much humidity, we’ll apply a vapor barrier coating to prevent long-term damage and ensure proper adhesion.
If the floor in your garage or basement is uneven and damaged, we can install self-leveling cement to create a perfectly flat surface. Once the cement is down, we can either apply the epoxy base coat or seal the floor as-is for a more industrial look. This style of floor is popular in workshops and even home offices. Another option is to grind down to expose the natural aggregate of the concrete and then seal it. This is perfect for creating an industrial or showroom-style look that you would find in a shopping mall.
We use a high-quality epoxy that bonds deep into the concrete—up to 800 PSI bond strength—creating a stronger, more integrated base than traditional coatings. It doesn’t just sit on top—it becomes part of your floor. This is a huge reason why we take two days rather than one. We let the epoxy bond overnight to ensure the most durable, long-lasting results. Rather than rushing to complete the job, we respect and honor the chemistry of the product so it can work to full effect.

Our materials come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. The top coats we use are dense, extremely durable and UV-stable.
As long as you properly care for your floor, it will last a lifetime. If there is a problem with your floor that isn’t due to neglect (such as leaving chemicals on your floor for an extended period of time), we’ll come back and correct the issue. Our floor coatings require virtually no maintenance, so there’s really nothing you need to do other than clean up any spills. But let us know if there’s a problem, and we’ll step in to make it right.
We have generators on our trucks and provide our own power for the job. Unlike other companies that need to access your electrical panel, you won’t need to worry about that and the other things can come with it, such as trekking mud throughout the house. When we grind down the floor, we use HEPA-filtered grinding systems to protect your air quality and minimize the amount of dust. Every part of our process has you in mind, and we do everything possible to minimize disruption while doing a phenomenal job.
